Wic Vendor Agreement

We accept applications for new suppliers. The time of request and authorization depends on the availability of our employees. Our goal is to process requests quickly. The submission of an application does not guarantee authorization. Each company will receive written notice of our decision on the authorization. Federal and state regulations provide specific and detailed criteria that stores must meet to be a WIC authorized supplier. Before you submit an online application, read our Supplier Selection Criteria (PDF) to determine if your business meets the requirements. The operating rules refer to EBT WIC operations for all companies, including retail system providers, WIC suppliers, acquirers and processors. X9.93 implementation guidelines and specifications for processing EBT WIC transactions can be found in the TIG.
